Ender 5 and 5Pro Bed Brace Brackets
myminifactory
These are easy to print and very solid bed reinforcement brackets for the Ender 5 and Ender 5 Pro. Unlike others these require you to drill 4x 4.1 - 4.2mm holes in the carriage plate so the braces can be solidly bolted to the carriage rather than relying on an interference fit. This allows all parts of the braces to be protected from radiant heat from the underside of the heated bed.Print in the orientation as downloaded. I'd suggest 4-5 walls and a top/ bottom thickness of 1.4mm at 0.2mm layers with 20% infill. For the LHS & RHS braces supports from bed only are required for the nut ressess. Other than that these print support free. The ones pictured are printed in CF PETG but PLA should be fine as long as you're not printing materials that require high bed temperatures and an enclosure. You will need 12 x M4 Nyloc nuts, 8 x M4x20mm socket head screws and 4 x M4x14mm socket head screws.
