UPDATE 2019-10-31: I've uploaded v2.1 of the hotend carriage, featuring thicker construction with nut catches for mount points and taller belt catch slots, as well as a 4.5mm tall riser for the Creality hotend and a printable tool to perfectly square nuts in their catches before supergluing them. After running this design for several days, I'm extremely pleased with its incredible rigidity. UPDATE 2019-10-22: I've also uploaded v2.1 of the gantry carriages to accommodate different screws in the bearing assembly, as my own had pan-head screws and wouldn't fit otherwise. This is a comprehensive rail system for the Ender 5 and Ender 5 Plus printers. I collaborated with drewshipley on this project, who worked alongside kmxs, who obtained the design from an unknown source. There are two versions: standard and raised bed. If you choose to use the raised bed option, you'll need a 25mm Z-Stop for the Ender 5 or four Bed Risers for the Ender 5 Plus (you will also lose 25mm on Z, which is unavoidable). For the Ender 5, you'll require three 350mm MGN12 rails, three MGN12H bearings, 42 M3x8mm bolts, 42 M3 T-Nuts, two M4x8mm bolts, and two M4 T-Nuts (normal). To use the RAISED version, add four M5x45mm bolts. For the Ender 5 Plus, you'll need three 450mm MGN12 rails, three MGN12H bearings, 66 M3x8mm bolts, and 66 M3 T-Nuts (normal). To use the RAISED version, add four M5x45mm bolts, eight M4x8mm bolts, and eight M4 T-Nuts for the bed risers.
