Ender-4 carriage belt clamp

thingiverse

This thing is designed to secure the belt on the carriage of our Ender-4 printer securely. It was created specifically to prevent belts from falling off when using the CoreXY conversion kit from Greg191134, which involves placing two belts on top of each other. This thing can also be used with the standard H-Bot design. Mounting instructions are as follows: 0) Remove the belts first. 1) Take off the hotend. 2) Dismount the v-slot wheels. 3) Mount this thing from behind the carriage plate, inserting v-slot bolts through its holes. This thing replaces distance bushings. Secure it with corresponding nuts after adding v-slot bearings and tightening them. 4) Place the extrusion in position and adjust play. 5) Put back the hotend. 6) Insert belts from the top through the thing's port. 7) Clamp the belts using 2xM3 nuts and 2xM3x10 bolts. You need to do this for both belts. 8) Adjust belt tension carefully. 9) Check bed distance and adjust if necessary. 10) That's it! There are two versions available: a standard one and another with drag chain support.
