I designed a BLTouch mount for the Ender 4 since none were available. I combined the basic hole pattern of an adjustable BLTouch mount with the stock autolevel sensor plate's shape. To assemble it, you will require two M3 nuts and two M3 screws measuring between 5.5 to 6 mm in length; they may need custom cutting.
