Ender 3v2 squash ball feet
thingiverse
I wanted to increase table clearance to mount some fan silencers. Why to print only some risers when one can give those squash balls a try :-) Although there are many designs of squash ball feet available on Thingiverse, none of them had all the features I was looking for: - press fitted on stock rubber feet - using only half of the ball each - simple (light) design - fast suportless print (two feet print in 1:30, consuming 13 grams of filament) These are designed to be printed in two parts that are glued together by CA glue. Using 3 perimeters they are printed as solid. They fit perfectly on my E3v2 stock rubber feet (not too loose, not too tight). There are 4 files for download: Ball cut guide.stl - to be used as a guide to have nice flat cut exactly at half of the ball Ball holder.stl - print 4x, universal holder of ball half Foot base.stl - print 3x, fits all stock rubber feet except real left Foot base_RL.stl - print 1x, fits rear left rubber foot (there is metal holder of cables that gets into way of standard base)
