There are a lot of suggestions how to reduce noice of the Ender 3 fans. I was inspiried by Cbarth3 (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4568512). He cut out the "covers" above the fans. So did I :-) but I wanted to keep the original panel sheet of the power supply case. So I just needed a cover for the cables and pins (see picturs). The 4 holes on the cover top serves to bend the cables with zip-ties (see pictures).I missed to define a furter 4mm hole on the side plate. But this gives you the chance to drill it just where you need it. And what about the noice? OK, the power supply fan is about half way calmer and the airflow is much smoother. So I continue by replaceing the mainboard and hotend fans :-)
