Ender 3V2 Noctua Fan Duct for Direct Drive and BL/CR Touch

This is a remix of "mini Satsana Remix - Ender 3 V2 w/ Original BL/CR Touch Mount" by aarboe. I was searching for a solution to fit my Ender 3 V2 with almost silent Noctua fans. Unfortunately there was nothing that satisfied me but the source for my remix was pretty close. So I took it and deleted almost everything besides the position of the part cooling tunnel, the clamp at the back and the points to mount it to the hotend-base. After that I created the rest of the duct around those set positions. The result is what you see here. It fits perfectly to the original hotend-base and also to the slightly larger one that comes with some direct drive systems - and of course it also works with a direct drive, I left enough space between the fan duct and the extruder. The whole thing is just a little bit bigger than the original fan duct of the Ender 3 V2 and the extra width to the right side (where the part cooling fan sits) does not affect the functionality at all. The fan duct is created to perfectly fit two Noctua 40x40x20mm fans. You can even leave the screws away, although I wouldn't recommend it. Please be aware that you will need to do some changes to the electronics as the printer provides 24V but the fans only work with 12V. Most of the people who build a mod like this use DC/DC Converters - I found them large, expensive and unnecessarily complicated so I used a resistor of 240Ohms (1Watt) instead at each fan. They do the job just fine, you just have to take caution of the maximum power the resistor can take as they will have to burn 0.6Watt without getting destroyed. For the print I used PETG at the highest possible resolution (0.12mm) and supported the print with a brim and tree supports (only touching build plate). You will probably have to clean the print with a file and some sanding paper.
