Ender 3v2 hotend dragchain holder (for NG_Design small)

v1 (don't use for Ender 3v2) [v2](https://www.thingiverse.com/download:11779692) (works, but maybe not the finest design) [v3](https://www.thingiverse.com/download:11781301) (the mounting point is good, the design got simple :-( ) My first try with meshmixer kinda failed, now i tried tinkercad (ez pz lemon squeezy) [v1 test result] - I need to make a hole for a screw that's on the backside of the hotend-plate - the receiving end on top needs to be more to the side, because in the center it gets in the way with the z-axis [v2 test result] - it does work - but I am not perfectly happy with the result (optics) - I'll do some redesigning for a more appealing look [v3 online] - it does work better than v2 - through lack of skill I basically downgraded the thing to a simpler design (less appealing look) - the head is now even more to the side, leaving enough room for the dragchain Planning on doing a v4, to make the mounting head look more like the side of a chain-link
