Ender 3v2 Filament Roller Guide for KevinAKASam Dual Z Upgrade
thingiverse
I installed the KevinAKASam Belted Dual-Z kit, and wanted a filament guide to avoid belt-filament contact, but the standard mount location on the z-rod are gone, and the roller-bracket designs weren't compatible because of the thicker back-plate of the gantry bracket. This design *should* also be compatible with factory Ender 3 V2s but feedback is necessary. If it isn't, i can create a redesign So here is the design I used. It uses a 608 bearing if you have spares, but i printed one from this design: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3002837 Although the bracket design is purely my own, i used the Bearing Ring and Spacers from this design: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3052488/files And I used the bearing retaining Pin from this design: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5657766 The two screw holes at the top are designed to simply drop in a M3x20 screw to prevent the bracket from sliding off the rail, they don't need to be tensioned at all. I used just one screw. You can replace the retaining pin with a M4x20 bolt as well for additional strength.
