If you enjoy my designs you can help me by simply installing Temu and joining for free using my Temu Associate link: https://temu.to/m/u35zqoy1w8m Not only can you buy 3D printer items and parts needed to make my designs, you also get a really nice discount. Temu ships pretty quickly, the prices are really low, and the quality is very good. The credits I earn from referrals help me buy filament and publish more free useful designs. This is a remix of my previous design for the Voxelab Aquila, designed instead for the Ender 3v2, which I also have. I wanted a very clean and compact design that held the ultra cheap runout sensor I purchased and guided the filament with a roller. This design is very compact, and the filament cannot slip out upon retraction. If your spool holder is close to the edge at the top of your printer, you will not need any other filament guide or arm sticking off the side of your printer. This uses 3 M3 bolts and a single 608 bearing (standard skateboard/roller skate bearing). The bearing can be any 608 such as 608-RS, 608-XX, etc.. (The letters are the end of the dash -RS,-XX, etc. just indicate the type of seal i.e. RS = rubber seal. The dimensions of the bearing are the same). The tolerances are very tight and the roller rolls smoothly. This is designed specifically for the Ender3v2, and mount on the two screws that hold the Z-axis bracket to the lead rod/screw. If you use a different filament sensor than the one from the Amazon link below you will need to adjust to placement of the holes. No supports are needed for any of the parts. You should print two copies of the pulley wheel, one for each side of the bearing. If you don't have a Metric bolt and nut set, you should get one. They are cheap and you will use a lot of M2, M3, M4 etc, bolts and nuts with your printer and projects. As an Amazon Associate, I earn from qualifying purchases. Here is a nice M2,M3,M4,M5 bolt nut and washer kit on Amazon: https://amzn.to/44m64XQ Here is a link to the 608 bearings: https://amzn.to/3QNCxmR And here is a link to the filament sensor I used in this project: https://amzn.to/3YKtdC5
