Ender 3v2 Drawer Extension For Extender 400 Kit

This extension is built for those who have extended their Ender 3v2 with an Extender 400 kit but also want to use [this Octopi/LCD drawer](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4605071) by ma77morris. Currently, it serves no function other than to support the drawer so it that it fits snug between the y-axis and leg of the printer. It fits very tightly and you'll have to use a little bit of force to push the drawer and extender all the way to the cross-brace. Currently 3 versions are listed. Version 1 does not have any vents and uses thick walls. Version 2 has vents, but still has thick walls. Version 3 has vents and thinner walls. I have not tested version 3 yet. I believe that the walls are still thick enough to support the drawer without issue and it saves about 8 grams of filament. If using the STL files, Cura may scale incorrectly. Multiply the scale by 2540% for proper scaling. Correct measurements when standing vertically should be 44.95mm x 93.3mm x 147.4mm. The 3mf files don't seem affected by the same issue. I've gone ahead and posted the .par files in case anyone would like to modify the design in Solid Edge.
