Ender 3D pro Nozzle cleaning tool kit holder

I bought a Mika3D Nozzle cleaning kit and wanted a place to keep everything with my Ender 3d pro. So I decided to try and design my first model. This is printed in 3 separate parts. The 2 tube needle holders slide into the holes in the base nice and snug. No need to use support on the tubes. The base needs to have support turned on to print correctly. I don't know why. If you don't the first layer stops printing half way across then continues printing to slice 4 then tries to print the rest and it doesn't work. the bottom well is the only support that is a pain to remove but doable. I did it with a thin exact knife pretty easy. I am very new to this so any input as to what I did wrong with the model and not printing correctly with out support is more than welcomed.
