I printed this lead screw stabilizer but it did not work correctly for me. The guide pushed the lead screw out too far and the inner race had insufficient clearance for the bearing to spin freely. I have also raised up the back face to prevent the top edge from being pulled back into the extrusion as it is tightened down. This bracket holds the lead screw centered 21mm from the frame (measure 25mm from the outside edge of the leadscrew just above the motor coupler to ensure this bracket fits perfectly before you print). My printer has these Z-motor spacers installed and it is a perfect fit.
