Ender 3 Z-axis Leadscrew Support Guide

I printed this lead screw stabilizer but it did not work correctly for me. The guide pushed the lead screw out a bit too far and the inner race had no clearance for the bearing to spin. I have also raised up the back face to prevent the top edge from being pulled back into the extrusion as it is tightened.

This bracket holds the lead screw center 21mm from the frame (measure 25mm from the outside edge of the leadscrew just above the motor coupler to ensure this bracket will align properly before you print). My printer has these Z-motor spacers installed and it is a perfect fit.

Post-Printing

Press in a 608 bearing and attach to Ender 3 with (2) M3 or M4 screws and (2) t-slot nuts.

Note: The oddball phillips hex washer M3 screws with a shoulder in the photo were only used because that's all I had—I drilled out the 3mm holes and that's why the holes look so big.
