Installing a stepper dampener on the Y axis of your Ender-3 causes the bed carriage to collide with the motor, resulting in potential damage. This issue can be resolved by relocating the endstop 5.25mm closer to its original position. I drew inspiration from RobJohnC's concept and revisited the open-source CAD design, adapting it for the 5.25mm offset and a 1.2mm fill on the two squares to match the specifications of the injection-molded part that came with your Ender 3 printer. I also added chamfers to the endstop mounting holes to simplify installation. This design can be easily converted back into an injection-molded part for mass production.
