I needed a low profile belt tensioner so my ender 3 could fit inside a small enclosure for an ender 3, this is my design.No support required, if the nut is too tight for your liking print the nut at varying scales in XY and Y only, working ranges from 98% to 103% on my printersIt uses 8mm bore bearings, and 1 M8 20mm boltI've added a version of the tension frame that has a stop to stop the carriage passing over the end and damaging the V wheelsI've added the Ender 3 V2 designs.
