Change Log Update Dec 10, 2018 v1.3 The hole for the bolt inside the frame of Bolt.stl is slightly closed to accommodate short belts. Dec 9, 2018 Thread in Nut.stl is fixed to prevent over-touching from the base. A signature is added to Bolt.stl. Dec 8, 2018 Nut.stl file changes thread size for better fit with bolt size and increased strength. Upgrade 1.2v (Already upgraded before upload) Inspired by https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2986144 For Ender 3 - X Belt Tensioner https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3270228 This design was created using Solidworks. You can use the stock bolt and nut from the Ender 3 Y belt without needing to purchase a new set. Advantages: 1. Larger diameter provides more strength for tensioning the belt. 2. The cover fits snugly around the rectangular frame, making it more stable and strong. 3. Installation is easier as you simply plug and tighten the belt.
