When I first purchased my Ender 3, I also bought a few stepper motor dampeners. To my surprise, the stepper motors had press-fit pulleys, making most of them unusable. My previous design worked extremely well, but it was slightly more intricate than I liked. This new design is entirely different and much cleaner to install! It reuses the existing stepper mount plate and screws. Additionally, it doesn't require any fiddling with the end stop.
