UPDATE: New Model Added! I've crafted a more robust and substantial model! If you discover some inaccuracies when printing or simply prefer a stiffer structure, print the thick model at 100% infill! Recommended if you don't mind the longer print times and the slightly closer surface to the belt. You can still use M4x20 screws, although something larger should work as well. Easy modification for the original Y Axis Damper, adds space for the motor damper. The model should be accurate enough to achieve a good fit, but you can add extra washers to the damper/chassis depending on how well the pulley and belt operate. I suggest using M4x20 screws for attaching this to the bar instead of using the original screws that barely fit on to the chassis. Screws are also necessary to attach the motor damper to the motor/chassis. They should come with your dampers. Be cautious of the motor damper. Its hole MUST be larger than the pulley and if it has two small protruding bumps, they need to be filed off.
