Ender 3 X/Y Axis Bearing Guide
thingiverse
Prevent layer shifting when printing quickly, especially at faster speeds. 1. Replace the original bearing with a high-quality 608 bearing. 2. Use (5x) M3 8mm bolts and nuts for added stability. Note: Experiment with different spacer thicknesses to align the bearing perfectly with the pulley. To prevent layer shifting, replace X/Y bolts with sturdy M3 8mm bolts then place the printed bracket in position. Tighten the bearing just enough so that it lightly touches the belt. Update: We've made some exciting changes! Added M3 washers to improve bolt tightening, making adjustments easier and more efficient.
