Ender 3 X Gantry Support for Hot End Cable
thingiverse
A simple wire retainer for securing the hotend cable to the X gantry. This design requires two M2 x 8 screws and nuts, although it may be possible to remix it to use just one screw instead. I encountered some problems with my hotend cable getting tangled or stuck, so I created this minimalist retainer using two screws. It was faster than designing something that only uses one screw or attaches via a printed part. Feel free to modify the design if you'd like! Over 100 prints have been completed without any issues. You might consider remixing the design to add a slight curve to the bottom of the retainer, allowing the cable to move more smoothly during Z-axis movement. However, this design works well with the X-axis gantry and has not caused me any problems so far. If you experience any issues, please let me know. I'm happy to make adjustments if needed.
