Ender 3 X axis MGN12H upgrade
thingiverse
Thing Files assists you in upgrading your Ender 3's x-Axis guide from the original rubber bearing to a high-performance MGN12H linear ball bearing rail. This Thing includes: - A track installation guide, useful for centering the rail on the X-axis profile. - The belt anchor prolonger, designed to keep the belt aligned with the recess profile. - The side block, which prevents the moving block from shifting off the rail. BOM (Bill of Materials): - 1 x MGN12H 300 mm linear guide (track and rail) - At least 3 x T-nuts with a 3MA thread and socket head screws for the track - 4 x 3MA countersunk head screws to secure the block to the plate - 1 x 3MA T-nut and socket head screw for the side block. To complete this upgrade, you'll need to drill four countersink holes in the X-axis plate. This upgrade significantly reduces service time and makes your x-Axis more rigid and precise. I can personally attest that it works!
