Simple spool holder that you attach at the base of your Ender style machine with 4xM4/6 screws.Print it tough, lot of infill and walls. Just screw the original spool holder at the top and you're ready to go. I use mine on the bottom right side of my machine but left side might work. Maybe motor or wires will hit though.
