Same as the summary says, it's just a simple little spacer so when you're re-assembling your printer you don't accidentally pull the threaded insert out of the bracket.I don't have a KE but I believe there is no difference in this bracket. The pink is PLA and the White is ASA both printed really easily with my 0.6mm nozzle the pink was printed at 1.8mm line width on my V2 and the white printed at 0.6mm line width.cooling isn't needed really other than as specified for your specific plastic.
