Revision: 10/13/23 This fan and many other variations tried simply does not improve airflow. It might help on small parts on slower speeds as it has a little more cooling from the sides, but it has given me dramatically reduced quality with PLA+ at fast speeds. Hopefully a engineer will come along at remix it. ----- A design to improve the air flow for the stock fan on the Ender 3 v3 SE. This is a remix of the https://www.printables.com/model/339493-sprite-pro-ring-duct-fixed-optimized-supports fan duct for a Sprite Extruder. I am not particularly skilled with modelling programs, and just modified the original rather quickly. It sits a bit high around the nozzle, but seems to have plenty of airflow. With any luck someone else a little more adept will remix it into something better. Printed at .2-.28mm layer height. 100% infill. Branch Supports pop off easy when complete. My prints have much better overhang, as well as less stringing/globbing on the sides. Very big improvement for printing miniatures. I am looking into a second rework of another duct and will post files if I get it working.
