Ender 3 V3 SE Dual 5015 Fan Ducts for KE/K1 Hotend
prusaprinters
Design has some quirks but the airflow is good. May tweak in the future. Use M3x20-25mm screws to attach the fans - holes on the duct are friction fit and should take some work the first time. Use stock M3 screws to attach the ducts to the frame/stepper. Note: the right screw hole on the right side duct didn't quite line up IRL, I tried to make some space for it but be aware that you may have to work to get that one in, too. Other than that, both sides fit square for me with no vibration. Print orientation: use supports and blockers as shown in screenshotsPETG for heat resistance; Layers: .2mm; Infill: 25%Compatible with this 40mm heatsink fan bracket: https://www.printables.com/model/718283-ender-3-v3-se-25-40mm-fan-bracket-low-profile
