My ender 3 v2 coupler was out of alignment. I made this one to fix it. I used 2 3mmx10mm screws the part is threaded for these screws so no nuts needed. Just tighten enough to hold it in place works great. If you tighten too much you could strip the threads out. Has worked perfect to fix the poorly machined part that came with my ender 3 v2. Fixed all my banding issues. Make sure your z lead screw is lined up from top to bottom as well. Some are not and need shims behind the motor. Print with the small side down so you may need to flip it over in your slicer.
