Ender 3 V2 Stock Fan Duct Replacement
thingiverse
I couldn’t find a good model of a replacement for the stock fan duct on the ender 3V2 so I decided to make one myself. It took about 6 iterations to get the fit right along with the built in supports being perfect with minimal material and post work. They do require a little post processing but it was the best way to get a good replacement for the stock duct. The screw holes are intended to be a little tight. Make sure to print on the long flat end if you are using the one with supports built in. For the other without supports, I’m not sure how would be best to print it, but have at it lol. Make sure to print with PETG (at the least) or something else with a higher than PLA heat tolerance or else it will warp quickly. The one I’m using currently has begun to warp a tiny bit after printing nothing but PETG with it for 200+ hours with little cooling being used other than bridging and to help with stringing. If you up the cooling a bit, it will last longer. It will work as good as the stock one for PLA and shouldn’t warp much at that temperature. I printed two just to have a backup when this one gives finally. I am currently working on a V2 that will require less supports, less post processing and be a tiny bit bulkier too so keep an eye out for that if you’d rather wait or need another one ever. https://www.buymeacoffee.com/knd3dprints
