Ender 3 v2 snap-on Dial Indicator Holder

This remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5350706 removes the opposite mounting clip corner, enabling the holder to be mounted right-side-up or up-side-down. I needed this because I didn't want to change the backplate and wanted to mount my short indicator below the hotend. Note that in the down position, the mounting spur will interfere with homing. Obviously. But you can still forget and then a homing cycle can pop this off the front of the extruder.
