Ender 3 V2 Silent PSU

This is a remix of the amazing design by sectorone. Check out my Ender 3 V2 Silent Motherboard and complete the set! My remix houses an 80mm x 10mm fan that fits perfectly flush with the inside of the power supply cover. The 80x10 Fan I'm using can be found on Amazon at https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07ZC4LNNY/. The fan bulge protrudes 8mm below the power supply, and your Ender 3 v2 has 12mm of under-side space available. This makes it a tight fit with just 4mm of space for air to travel through. After careful consideration, I positioned my fan to blow air into the power supply, matching the configuration of the stock fan. I've revised this thing several times, so make sure you get the latest file. This thing needs to be printed vertically and rotated at a 45deg angle to fit on the Ender 3 bed. The fan grill is printable in the vertical orientation - don't put supports in it or you'll break it! Print with a raft and regular "supports everywhere" but block supports from being generated in the fan grill and all of the vertical fan and ventilation holes. Take your time and do a good slice, and your print will come out great without any problems. PS: The PSU fan pins are reversed! Make sure that your replacement fan pins match the polarity of the original fan. You'll probably have to switch the pins around. *** UPDATE: If the fan is going to blow air in, you'll need to cut out the grill because the fan will lift during rotation and scrape against it. If you're positioning the fan as an exhaust fan (not the factory configuration!) then you can leave the grill in place. There's just not enough clearance for me to move the grill further out, sorry!
