Ender 3 V2 Shorter Filament Guide with Support and Opening
thingiverse
This is a remix of Concordes supported filament guide with the added filament gap. Remix: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4404873 I added more support material to contact the upper rail on the Ender V2, shortened the overall length of the print, and made the square hole fitment .2mm smaller so it would fit tighter over the metal bracket. The original guide is 180mm long and this redesign has been shorted to 158mm so it could fit inside my enclosure without hitting the edge. The shorter length means there is a steeper angle of entry into the extruder so its recommended to also use a lower filament guide with a 308 bearing to help make sure the filament goes into the extruder properly. I recommend using Dune29527 design as it has a filament gap so you don't have to thread the filament into the guide every time you swap filament.
