Due to the upgrades I made, I no longer can use the original knob. I like the small hex screwdriver handle design so remixed it for this use. I also added a small test part, it should be printed with a raft for better dimensional accuracy. Incase of need just play with X and Y dimensions of the print. Print as shown in the pics.
