My remix houses an 80mm x 25mm fan that sits completely flush with the inside of the power supply cover for the Ender 3 V2. Taking the original cover from @TerraVestra I pushed out the fan section. I also printed the cover in three parts and expoxied them together. I want to print the hex shaped vent pattern and wasnt confindent it would print on it's side, hence the three parts. The Fan housing section is slightly inset into the main cover and has some guides for extra alignment. The tooth shape between the main body and the end cable section is for more surface area for expoxy. As a bonus I added a link of @johnniewhiskey Ender 3 Cable Chain to the last part so it sits below the power switch REMEMBER: You'll need some new printer feet to raise your printer at least 40mm https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4685161
