Ender 3 V2 PSU Cover
thingiverse
A remix of another fantastic design for attaching a larger (quieter) fan to the Ender 3 V2's PSU. I didn't need as deep of a shroud, instead using an 80x15mm fan (one from Arctic Cooler). As I am printing this in my dorm room, and want to avoid running the printer at night, I have added a thicker part in the middle of the shroud where it has been split into two pieces for shorter individual printing, where they will be superglued back together afterward. Since the 80mm fan I am using is larger than the 60mm fan the PSU comes with by default, it doesn't nicely recess into the machine. As a result, the feet must be extended slightly to provide enough clearance beneath the fan shroud to allow for proper cooling: leg parts coming soon. The MeanWell power supply in my machine runs the fan at 12V, making this a drop-in replacement, but as always, be careful around power supplies, which may harbor enough charge to seriously hurt you even when unplugged.
