Ender 3 V2 Neo PSU and switch cover

Ender 3 V2 and V2 Neo have PSU under the printer. The fan is 24v to simplify the PSU circuitry and the fan is noisy. The printer has also on the PSU an additional black steel cover with a restrictive fan grille and no out holes. Silencing the fan is easy, no new fan needed. Just a Mini-360 DC-DC converter and choose for the fan a voltage between 12-15v. The air flow of the fan is sufficient also at 12v. But you have to open the holes on the original steel cover, do a big hole of 50mm with an holesaw or remove completely the steel cover. If you remove the cover, you can build this small cover for the high voltage wiring and drive the cables from the mainboard. Choose between PLA+ and PETG for rigidity.
