Ender 3 v2 NEO Hotend Cooling Shroud for 4020 fan - Remix

This is a remix of a fantastic little shroud for the Ender 3 v2 Neo. Please note : will only fit the Ender 3 v2 Neo and not the original v2 as they changed the hotend mounting plate! Huge thanks to the original designer for the effort recreating the stock shroud connectors! I found the shape a bit too wobbly so have reinforced the bottom left and right (as seen when fitted) to make it more rigid. Might have been fine printed in ABS but in PLA I felt I would snap it just holding it. I've also removed the Punisher logo. Sorry. Not my thing :) I can post a copy with that if anyone really wants it! Finally I've cut out the honeycomb on the front - I prefer the metal grille and the honeycomb pattern would have caused a tiny bit more noise from the airflow. There's an alternate file 'with Grille' which keeps the honeycomb if you prefer that. - Printed in PLA as I ran out of PETG. - Print with the open end where the fan is mounted touching the baseplate. - No supports except 'touching baseplate' which adds a small support to the front. - I've mounted with a small chrome fan grill bought from ebay. When mounting it I had trouble with the small pin at the back-top-left which should slot into a hole in the backplate. It didn't quite line up so I snapped it off. I don't think that adds any real strength and the three clips plus one screw work well to hold it securely. The fan here is from Digikey - part CFM-4020CF-235-114. It's a 24v fan so no mucking about with the volage needed, is totally silent, and was only about £5.50 plus shipping. Machine screws to hold it together are M3x30mm. I think 25mm would be perfect - I didn't have any handy and these are fine.
