These are 2 simple stands that snap onto the 20mm and 40mm profiles on your ender 3 V2 printer. Might work on other similar models as well. Simply print 2 of the wide models and 1 of the narrow, remove the display and snap the stands on the printer as shown. They allow you to sturdily set the printer on it's side for easy access to the underside, without the full weight of the printer resting on any part of the gantry or the sides of the rubber feet (which will cause them to go loose) I've added the Fusion 360 file as well, changing it from 40 to 20mm is simply done by editing the first sketch.
