I remixed the original design in TinkerCAD to allow the hot air to escape easier and maybe reduce the fan noise even more. << Update 19 march 2021 >> I did a new version ( Mobo Cover v4.stl ) so the fan can be mounted underneath and isn't limited to being 14mm thick. It now prints much faster, without supports and has a grille to stop wires dropping into the fan. Be very careful when removing it from the print bed. The old v3 Fits a Noctua NF-A9X14 PWM 12VDC 1.32W 0.11A Fan perfectly, but it obviously needs a 24v-12v buck converter and raised feet (Squash ball feet are great). Since there's nothing to stop the wires falling into the fan, make sure you do a good job of cable tying everything up neatly. v3 does need a lot of support but only 'touching buildplate'. Enable roof and floor, my supported surface was really rough with a 'support Z distance' of 0.24mm which was too big a gap between the support and the big flat area, so i'd recommend a 0.12 gap. Be careful to make sure there's support around the edges of the slotted screw hole too.
