Ender 3 v2 Smooth Ball Bearing Spool HolderYet another Ender 3 v2 spool holder. I know, there're a lot of spool holder models out there. Smooth, low filament and, yeah, some nuts and bolts. Sorry about the half SAE/half metric part list. I live in the US and it's stupid.Part List2 x 622 Bearings1 x 60 mm x 5/16” Threaded Rod4 x 5/16” Nuts4 x 20x8x2 Washers1 x M4x10mm Screw1 x M4 NutInstructionsPrint one printer mount, two spool mounts, and one knob.Press fit the bearings into the inside of the spool mount. It should be a good fit, but if it's loose, use a little cyanoacrylate glue.Remove the existing spool holder and push the printer mount into the existing mount with the large hole pointing out. Use the M4 screw and bolt to secure it to the mount.Thread a nut and washer onto one end of the rod going in 2-3”. Push the rod through a spool mount and printer mount. Thread a nut and washer onto the outside end. Tighten the nuts so they’re secure so the only a little of the rod is protruding. Use a socket wrench to get a tight fit (don’t over tighten!)Thread a nut and washer on the other end going in 2-3”. Push the the rod through the second spool mount. Thread the knob screw on and get it tight. There should be and about an inch sticking out when you’re done.Fit the last nut into the bottom of the knobMount a spool of filament on there and you should be good to go!I'll add assembly pictures cause these directions suck.
