Ender 3 v2 Filament Runout Sensor

This is a remix of micahjj's and ryroo211's Filament Runout Sensor mounts designed to allow you to reuse z endstop switch as a runout sensor on Ender 3 v2's that have been upgraded with a BLTouch/CRtouch. I added some screw holes to the sides of the sensor box to replace the original clips that did not work well. The sensor is specifically aligned with the inlet on the Creality brand metal extruder. Unlike other sensor mounts, this attaches firmly to the gantry with screws. Weight is minimized and sensor is designed to be used with side-mount spools or dryer boxes.
