Ender 3 V2 Filament Guide No Hardware
thingiverse
Ender 3 V2 filament guide and roller, NO HARDWARE REQUIRED!! I didn't care for the other filament guides I found that all required hardware, and up to 4 printed parts, so I wanted to design my own that only had two parts, the main body of the guide, and the roller wheel. This is designed to be a press fit for a 608 bearing (commonly used in skateboard wheels and fidget spinners). It should be a mild press fit, if it doesn't want to press on, a little sanding may be needed, but with my Ender 3 V2 out of the box, they fit perfectly. The same goes for the slot that fits over the metal bracket of the Y/Z rail bracket. It should be tight, but also able to be removed if anything happens. ***Printed on Ender 3 V2*** I used Creatily slicer 0.2mm layer height, 20% infill, all other recommended setting. The maid body printed best upside down, with the default supports for the flat spot, angled face, and filament guide. I'd be happy to upload a picture of it, if anyone is confused by that.
