Ender 3 V2 Extrusion Drawer Improved
thingiverse
Tried to print https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4935271 but Cura said the model has errors so decided to create my own from scratch. Changes / Improvements from original: - Drawer face and drawer body are now 2 separate parts and you can print without support. You can use super glue to join both parts and there is a channel where the drawer body meets the face. - There are 4 of those + sign shaped holder pins instead of 2. - Drawer length is a bit longer (12 cm) - Knob is attached to drawer face by one M3*8 and nut. The nut fits inside the knob and can be glued using Super Glue. - Drawer walls are not straight and follow the drawer profile which gives the drawer slightly larger area. Fusion 360 file and STEP format are included if you want to easily remix. ====================================================================== Update: 30 April 2022 There now 3 versions: 1- Version A is the original and requires to print 3 parts (Drawer + Face + Knob) in addition you need M3*8 screw and M3 nut. 2- Version B: You no longer needs screw and nut as the knob has printable threads can be screwed to the face part. It is recommended that you print these 2 parts at lower layer height (I used 0.16) to ensure the threads print nicely. 3- Version C: Knob and face are 1 solid piece which requires support to print. I would recommend Tree support as it usually leaves less scars on surfaces. <h2>If you find this useful, please like and post makes. Thanks </h2>
