Ender 3 V2 Dual Drawer Tool Holder

READ FIRST: I have updated all the pieces to fix a couple of small issues. I'll be printing the whole box this week and adding real photos! For all things Printer and Printing related, come and see us on Zoromer's Discord Channel! https://discord.gg/hUWbzNr ###SUMMARY This dual drawer setup is designed to fit the Ender 3 V2. It will NOT fit the Ender 3 or Ender 3 Pro. I realize the V2 comes with a drawer. But lets be honest, it does NOT utilize the available space well at all. Why they didn't make a properly sized, dual drawer setup like us creators have, I do not know. While I did make this model from the ground up, the design is based on an existing dual drawer made for the Ender 3/Pro. For the life of me, it would not find the Thing that this piece is designed off of for me to list it as a remix, so I'm linking it here. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3416444
THE BOX
The Box itself is designed to be printed whole and placed on its back so that the openings are on top. The channel inserts will hold the Box firmly in place from both sides and has been tested to make sure it's a proper fit. An air slit has been placed in back to make drawers easy to operate. The Top drawer has been expanded upward slightly for more interior space, while still allowing the overhead adjustment knob to pass with ease. The Bottom drawer has been expanded downward, as the V2 comes with rubberized feet that allow approximately 8-10mm more space to be utilized while keeping approximately 2mm of space between the bottom of the Box and the surface where the machine sits. The Bottom drawer also extends to the left, under the Y-axis frame bar. This Box will be designed to match with a case for a Duet 2 Wifi board, my next project.
TOP DRAWER
The Top drawer has several different layouts that can be printed. It is designed to be placed bottom down to the print bed. ###Measurements The interior of this drawer is approximately D 143mm x W 95mm x H 28mm (5.5" x 3.75" x 1.10")
BOTTOM DRAWER
The Bottom drawer also has several different layouts. It is designed to be placed bottom down to the print bed. The Bottom High drawers are designed to be a single drawer. While the Bottom Low drawers are designed to be used with an additional insert. ###Measurements The interior of this drawer is approximately D 143mm x W 119mm x H 35 mm (5.5" x 4.75" x 1.4")
BOTTOM INSERT
The Insert has several different layouts that can be printed. It is designed to be placed bottom down to be printed. By using this insert, obviously the interior height of the Bottom drawer is reduced. ###Measurements The interior of this drawer is approximately D 139mm x W 93mm x H 10 mm (5.5" x 3.6" x 0.4") ** I did not make the insert go all the way across the Bottom drawer because it would be under the Y-axis frame bar, and you would have to completely remove the Bottom drawer in order to move/remove the insert. You are, of course, welcome to modify the width of your insert in your slicer if you would like it to stretch all the way across. The new interior measurements of the Bottom drawer would be D 143mm x W 119mm x H 23 mm (5.5" x 4.75" x 0.9")
FACEPLATES
These are not at all required for anything. I personally have a bunch of black filament, and one roll of my translucent green, which I love for my machine accents, but I didn't really want my entire inner drawers to be green. So I made these faceplates so I could print just the fronts in green and not have to worry about the integrity of the actual box. ###Measurements The faceplates are designed to come to the outer edges of the box on the sides, so you will only see the color of the box between the two drawers. The Top faceplates are W 99mm x H 30mm, and are 1 mm thick The Bottom faceplates are W 123mm x H 37 mm, and are 1 mm thick
KNOBS
There are multiple variations of the knob to attach to the drawers, modeled off the stock knob that comes with with V2. ###Measurements The hole that I placed for a screw is 3.5mm in diameter, and has a total depth of 11mm, including the 2mm width of the front of the drawer. I have also included a small printable post, so you can print and glue that into the knob to hold it in place instead of using a screw if you'd like. (If you are wanting to use this knob elsewhere, then the hole has a depth of 9mm into the knob, and the squared insert is 6mm x 6mm x 1mm)
