Ender 3 v2 Direct Drive Cable Stabilizer
thingiverse
I recently upgraded my sons Ender 3 v2 with a PrinterMods.com direct drive kit. Great kit with a few mods that we needed to make, but the one thing that didn't work quite right was the cable management. I didn't want it coming out of the front because it was a tight fit, and he wanted a extruder visualizer to fit on the front. So using the supplied connector wasn't really a great option for us. I took it upon myself to throw together a better solution that wrapped around the extruder stepper motor and provided some spots to tight the cable down to so that it didn't wear out the cables prematurely. Printed in Matterhackers PETG on a MK3s+ .20mm layer hight 15% infill No rafts or supports needed if laid on the side where the cable channel is on. Mod can be bought here: https://printermods.com/products/direct-drive-mod-for-creality-ender-3-cr-10?variant=36218062340255 Parts you need to print for the kit were tough to locate, but for the E3v2 they can be found here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1-77RjMdki39lWPBienAIjrlauhVnFLxR
