Ender 3 V2 Creality Filament Sensor and Guide Combo
thingiverse
I needed a way to run my filament from above (in Lack Enclosure), through my Creality filament sensor and then to my Micro Swiss direct drive filament guide that mounted to old extruder motor bracket. I did not want to re-wire the filament sensor to the top of the enclosure so I decided to modify an existing Creality filament sensor enclosure design (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2972904 by 3Deddy), then meshing it with a filament guide tube holder (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4589647 by jefber) and setting it up on my own custom base and cable holder that attaches to any Creality Ender 3 original extruder motor mount or equivalent (believe it works on CR-10 as well). I have printed and tested this part on my personal Ender 3 V2 with Micro Swiss direct drive and all metal hot end setup. And it works great! Super happy with how it turned out. I hope you like it too! NOTE: I tried using the Remix feature for posting this design, but the search function does not seem to be working properly. So please show some love to the two designers I mentioned above and give them a like! Printing: Both parts I printed as per .stl file orientation. I did use normal supports. I used a brim to limit warping of PETG. Full print came to about 15g in weight (approx 4.83m)
