Ender 3 V2 Belt Tensioner Covers - XY Cutout or No text
thingiverse
Based on Creality Ender 3 V2 Belt Tensioner Cover by bspoel. Changes compared to the original: Thinner - The covers are a bit thinner. Rectangular - The covers have a bit more rectangluar shape. X and Y differ - The length of the inside rings are different for X (24.70mm) and Y (26.00mm). The inside ring has a slight angle if yours dont fit like mine. 4 versions - There are no text covers for X and Y. There are also X and Y cutouts. I made these to fit my printer, they snap in and will not budge unless using a tool. I do not want loose things on the printer that make any sound =) I printed them in 0.16 and that was perfect for me - I tried 0.2 and they were a bit loose then. This is my first official remix, and I used Tinkercad. I have no experince in 3D, so I guess a small item was a good start. The X and Y cutouts are what I am using, as a newbie I always have to think what is what =) Updates on information: Note that the hole on the tension mounts differ from printer to printer. I have tried the covers on three printers, and the holes are different on each one of them. You can cut a small piece of douldesided tape to keep them in place, or cut away a little if they dont fit. There is no magic scale number that seem to work for every printer.
