Ender 3/V2/any Creality Linear Rail Kit - Sprite SE mount
thingiverse
The creality linear rail conversion doesnt support a lot of aftermarket fan ducts or extruders. I ended up putting an ender 3 v2 hotend on my ender 3, with a Sprite SE extruder (and linear rail)After a few attempts this is what I've been using - cable chain support is remixed from mwnickerson CHPower Direct Drive Drag Chain as the extruder/hotend cabling will drag on the bed. I used the standard m3x8 screws to mount the extruder, and m3x4 for the wings on the side. The mount requires at least m3x10 screws - you can use 2 or more of the 4 provided mounts. The large hole is relief for the ender 3 v2 mounting screw on the back of the carriage. You do not need the additional spacer for the extruder, I suggest inserting the short bowden piece (mine was 65mm) into the hotend, unbolted, and pushing it up into the extruder, and then tighten everything downI have updated the file to include my current set up with a sideways chain that wont inhibit movement or the mounting of an abl sensor. The long link goes on the left and keeps the chain from squishing between the printhead and the x extruder motor cover. The design requires removing the top 2 screws from your x extruder and may require slightly longer screws. I'll likely change it to a snap-fit cover but the way it is I've printed an entire voron switchwire conversion in ABS with 0 issues
