Ender 3 V2 - All In One External Electronics Case

Here it is! My all in in one external electronic case for my Ender 3 V2. This box is designed to fit the PSU, the mainboard and a maximum of 3 buck converters. Everything is quiet and fresh now ! The assembly is very easy. There are holes for a perfect cable management (from the power supply to the mainboard and from the buck converters to the main board). I've used M3 inserts on every hole for a better strenght. You'll also need M3x6 screws and M4x8 screws. All the details are on the 2D drawing. For the power suplly, you'll need to cut the original PSU cover to fit a 92x92 mm fan (Noctua in my case). You'll also need to do some rewiring. It's not really hard but it can be dangerous! It's a Power supply ! Be careful. Also check the voltage of your original Power Supply Fan. Mine is a 12V. Sometimes it's 24V. Use a buck converter if needed. Noctua fans are 12V. If you print the 'power supply box' with an Ender 3, you'll need to print the two half (Power supply box - Down part.stl + Power supply box - Up part). The ender 3 is too small to print the entire box. Everything will fit perfecty. The mainboard box is designed to fit a 80x80x25mm fan (Arctic in my case) For the fan, I've used a buck converter 24V to 12V and plugged the cable directly on the PSU. That's it! It's a really fun project ! kind of challenging but the results are great ! Cool and silent !
