Ender 3 V2 604 Roller & PTFE Guide with runout sensor
thingiverse
Using the original design i extended it a bit to get a bit further from the Z-rod. I also adjusted the entry path in the guide and added a hole for PTFE-tube so that the filament would not wear on the printed part. This design uses the 604 bearing from the plastic extruder as a guide. It does not use a nut for the screw but rather screws into the plastic. Adding to this it also uses a bit of PTFE-tube for the filament to slide thru. The microswitch secures it in place. See the pictures on how to cut the PTFE-tube. The tube can be a bit longer on the exit path if wanted. Tested with Ender 3 V2 and the official Creality aluminum extruder. Might also work with Ender 3/Pro but have not tested.
