I made significant adjustments to increase the part's stability. I added gussets that connect back to the base and reinforced bosses around screw holes. Additionally, I incorporated two 2.3mm holes that can be used to secure the bearing if the print proves too loose to hold it tightly in place. Overall, minor revisions that some users may find beneficial. Use a high-quality 6082RS Bearing. The bearing must fit snugly into the support with a tight press fit. Ensure your bearing does not enter the opening at an angle or crooked position. I used a bench vise to carefully seat the bearing in place. If your bearing is loose within the bore on your print, you can use two 3mm button head screws in the provided holes to secure it in place. The bearing should fit snugly for optimal results.
